Finding the Small Bug Big Art Fair proves to be difficult because the directions are really for small creatures and will require Nature Cat, Daisy and Hal to use magnifying glasses to help them get there. The directions say they need to find the Li'l Mouse Trail. Trouble is, if the trail's for little mice, the trail's probably really small and hard to find. Now they'll never get to the art show!
Nature Cat follows Fred, a house cat who dreams of exploring the great outdoors. Once his family leaves for the day, Fred transforms into Nature Cat, “backyard explorer extraordinaire!” Nature Cat can’t wait to get outside for a day of backyard nature excursions and bravery, but there’s one problem: he’s still a house cat with no instincts for nature! With the help of his animal friends, Nature Cat embarks on action-packed adventures full of nature investigation.

Nature Cat is aimed at 3-8 year olds and devised to reconnect children with the natural world; making engaging, age-appropriate nature education a sustaining and enriching part of their daily lives. Filled with “aha” discovery moments and humor, Nature Cat encourages children to go outside and “play the show.”
